Using the website

How I do search for a product?

You can search a product by:

Simple Search

Type one of the following into the ‘Search’ box towards the top right hand side of the page:

Title of a product

Product code

Author/composer name

Click on the Search button and it will give you a list of matching products.

Click on the title of the product and you will be directed to the product page details.

To buy the product, click the basket button.

Advanced Search

Click on the Advanced Search

Fill in one or more fields to match your search.

Click on the Search button and it will give you a list of matching products.

Click on the title of the product and you will be directed to the product page details.

To buy the product, click the basket button.

If you are unable to find the product you are looking for, please check with the book centres nearest to you by clicking the book centres button towards the top of the page.

Browsing and filter navigation

All our products are divided into categories, found towards the top of the page in the blue navigation bar.  Each of these contains a number of sub-categories which will be displayed below the selected category or sub-category.  You can narrow down your search by moving the category tree.

Purchases & Payment

How can I buy a product?

Each product has a basket button that once clicked will add the item to your shopping basket towards the top right hand of the screen.  You can add as many products as you like before clicking Proceed to complete your order.

The ‘View Basket’ option allows you to see the details of your purchase.  You can click continue shopping to add more products or you can click remove item if you don’t wish to buy the product.

You will need to provide credit/debit card, during this process. If you are happy with the items and the price in your basket, click the ‘Proceed’ button.

Can I order offline (by phone, post, email)?

Yes.  You can order by phone on +44(0)151 709 1328.  You can place your order on customerservice@pauline-uk.org or post to Pauline Books & Media 84 Church Street, Liverpool, L1 3AY.  You may also contact the Book Centre nearest to you.

If you order offline, you can pay in one of these ways:

-Cheque
