This prayer card is based on our book Treasures for the Journey - Breath Prayers with Paintings.

It contains breath prayers to encourage you and challenge you to a closer walk with God. Breath prayers are very short prayers, sometimes just a single word that can be said in one breath.

It is said that saying the name of God, YHWH or Yahweh is like the sound of breathing and thus every breath we take repeats the name, calling on His presence in our lives.

The paintings are all by Mary and are inspired by the Pilgrim Posts that lead to the Island and the three-fold cord.
